***Covid-19 Updates***
Check in and drop your pet off through the Admissions Lobby. To keep the public and staff members safe, please practice 6 foot social distancing while in line, or wait in your car to be directed inside. Doors will be LOCKED. A staff member will be at the door at 7:15am to take your pet. Cut off for surgery drop off is 8:00am sharp!
Click on the date that best works for you, fill out the form, and make your payment. You will receive a confirmation email with check in details and the post-op instructions. Please read them carefully and keep for your records! If you are scheduling for multiple pets, you will need to complete a separate form and pay for each one separately.
*Pick up your pet between 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. the same day. Use the walkie-talkie outside the Admissions doors and a staff member will let you into the lobby.
* Cats must be at least 2 months old.
* Please have all cats in carriers when checking in.
* Cats that cannot be handled do not use this form! Please see our Feral/TNR page for information on feral cats (https://www.kshumane.org/services/feral-tnr.html)
*If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us with 24 hour notice to receive a full refund or you will be charged the full surgery fee.
